For login problems, portal access, booking-site configuration, data-entry issues, or other technical support, include the stylist or salon name and a short description of the problem. Do not email passwords, API tokens, payment-card information, or other security credentials.
Client record questions
If you are a salon client asking about your appointment, service record, formula, photo, or contact information, contact the stylist or salon that created the record first. SalonRecords provides the platform, while the stylist or salon controls its professional client records.
Privacy or legal notices
Privacy requests, legal notices, or questions about the Terms & Conditions may be sent to the email above. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or request. We may need to verify identity or account authority before acting on a request.
Security concerns
If you believe a SalonRecords account has been accessed without authorization or you discover a security issue, contact us promptly and identify the affected account. Do not include passwords or other credentials in the message.
